A storm may be brewing on the East Coast, and novel coronavirus cases may be continuing to rise, but investors are clearly optimistic about what this week will bring. Instead, it seems like the Fed knows there is a lot of recovery still be done. What matters most here is that despite attempts to reopen many businesses, this number is still at record highs and continues to climb.
